Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using Frog Client ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Software.

License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal use. You may not redistribute, resell, share, or sublicense your license key or bound software to any third party.

User Conduct

• ✕ Do not reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the Software.
• ✕ Do not share, sell, or distribute your license key.
• ✕ Do not attempt to bypass HWID binding or security measures.
• ✕ Do not use the Software to harass, exploit, or harm other users.

Refund Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds unless required by applicable law. Chargebacks will result in permanent account suspension and HWID bans.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, including for violation of these Terms, abuse of the platform, or fraudulent activity. Banned accounts will have their licenses revoked without refund.

Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Use of the Software is at your own risk.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
